- 1 stick margarine
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour

1Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs, one at a time.

2Add vanilla.

3Mix well.

4Add flour until dough is smooth but not dry. The amount of flour depends on the size of the eggs.

5Heat waffle iron and measure a full tablespoon onto waffle iron for as many as it will make.

6Start out with 4 and bake same as breakfast waffle until light brown.

7This dough can also be refrigerated and rolled into balls, the size of walnuts.

8Cookies are about 2 1/2-inches wide after baking.

9If frosting is desired, any butter glaze will do.

10Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
