  • 1 loaf 12 Inch Loaf Of Crusty Italian Bread
  • 6 strips Thick Cut Bacon
  • 1/4 cups Chipotle Salsa
  • 1/4 cups (Real) Mayonnaise
  • 1 whole Tomato
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach (raw - Loosely Packed)
  • 2 Tablespoons Feta Cheese, Crumbled

    Preheat your broiler.

    Slice bread lengthwise and put it on a baking sheet.

    Toast the bread under the broiler until golden brown.

    Remove it from the oven and set aside.

    Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until done but still chewy (not crisp).

    Set it aside on a paper towel lined plate when done.

    Mix together salsa and mayo in a small bowl.

    Slice tomato and peel, pit and slice the avocado.

    Spread both sides of the bread with the mayo mixture, then layer the bacon, spinach, tomatoes, avocados, and cheese on the bottom half of the loaf.

    Top with the rest of the bread, and slice.
