  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream

    Bake potatoes and cool slightly.

    Cut baked potatoes in half lengthwise.

    Scoop out potato, leaving a 1/4 inch shell.

    Place potato shells on ungreased baking sheet.
