  • 6 Cornish hens
  • 1 1/2 c. honey
  • 1 1/2 c. prepared mustard
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 c. pineapple

Directions

    Wash hens and pat dry; season with salt, paprika and pepper. Rub lightly with oil.

    Combine remaining ingredients for stuffing and toss lightly.

    Divide stuffing among hens.

    Place in roasting pan and roast for 1 hour in 350° oven.
