- 8 tofu fritters
- 4 cups stock soup
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root minced
Directions

1Place tofu fritters in a boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes to remove grease.

2Drain and squeeze well.

3Mix stock, sugar, mirin and soy sauce and boil it once.

4Place tofu fritter into the soup base.

5Put ginger into soup base and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.

6Serve hot.
