"Garbage" Pizza

Ingredients

• Dough
• 3 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons dried yeast
• 1 cup warm water
• 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• Filling
• 3 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
• 6 ounces pepperoni, rough chopped
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 1/4 cup black olives, rough chopped
• 1 medium onion, sliced thin
• 1 bell pepper, sliced thin (Red or Green)
• 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, chopped
• 16 ounces Italian sausage, casings removed
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms
• 10 ounces ham, thinly sliced
• 1 1/2 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
