Garden Chicken Macaroni Salad

- 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
- 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 c. chopped cucumber
- 2 green onions, sliced (2 Tbsp.)
- 1/3 c. mayo or salad dressing
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (5 oz.) can boned chicken, drained and chopped
- lettuce leaves
Directions

1Cook macaroni in boiling salted water about 8 minutes until tender; drain well.

2Rinse with cold water.

3In a bowl combine cooked macaroni, tomatoes, cucumber and green onions.

4Stir mayo or salad dressing, dill weed, salt and pepper into macaroni mixture; mix well.

5Fold in chicken.

6Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 3 to 24 hours.
