  • 12 cup grapes
  • 12 cup blueberries
  • 12 banana
  • 12 apple
  • 2 teaspoons ground flax seeds
  • 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 ounce fresh spinach (rinsed well)
  • 2 teaspoons minced ginger (frozen works very well)
  • 12 cup water

    Place all ingredients in blender container and process until smooth.

    Adjust consistency by adding more water if desired.
