  • 2 (8 oz.) cans crescent dinner rolls
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 2/3 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 c. shredded carrots
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp. dill weed
  • 4 c. finely chopped raw vegetables (cauliflower, green pepper, celery, broccoli, etc.)

Directions

    Spread crescent rolls to cover a cookie sheet, ungreased, pressing seams together.

    Bake at 400° for 10 minutes; cool.

    Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill and minced onion until smooth. Spread on baked, cooled crust.

    Mix together raw vegetables and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.

    Top with green onions and shredded carrots.

    Lightly press into top.

    Chill until served. Cut into squares.
