- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 4 2/3 c. chicken broth
- 3/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Saute onion, celery, garlic and carrots in butter in a Dutch oven. Add broth and other ingredients.

2Cover and cook over low heat 45 minutes.
