Ham And Cream Cheese Roll

   Dice entire shallots; mix cream cheese, garlic and salt. Using a cutting board, lay ham on flat.

   Spoon 1 tablespoon mixture onto ham and roll.

   Chill ham rolls.

   When rolls are firm, cut rolls into 5 to 6 round pieces.
