- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- black pepper to taste
Directions

1Drain all canned vegetables. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and pepper. Pour over vegetables and mix well. Best if refrigerated overnight.
