  • bunch spinach leaves
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • dash olive oil
  • pinch salt (optional)
  • 50 grams cheese cubed

    Wash shred and blanch spinach leaves in boiling water

    Beat eggs and add the spinach leaves once drained

    Add cubes of cheese and salt if you are using it.

    Heat oil in a non adherent pan.
