  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 3 c. sliced celery
  • 1 lb. mushrooms, chopped
  • liver, chopped (optional)
  • 4 c. bread cubes
  • 2 c. apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • salt and pepper

    Brown liver and mushrooms.

    Toast bread cubes in skillet.
