- 1 small to medium zucchini
- 1 green pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 large tomato
- 1/4 stick oleo
- salt and pepper
- Italian seasoning
- grated cheese
Directions

1Slice squash thin; cut pepper in strips.

2Slice onion thin. Melt oleo; saute first 4 ingredients until tender.

3While these are cooking, cut up tomato.

4When squash is done, put in tomato and let heat from veggies warm them.

5Sprinkle with grated cheese, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.

6Serve immediately.
