  • 3 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 8 c. arugula
  • 1 lb. plum tomatoes
  • 4 stalks hearts of palm sliced
  • 2 med. avocados sliced
  • 1 2 oz. wedge asiago
  • 1/2 c. pine nuts - toasted

    Combine vegetables; toss with dressing. Shave cheese into strips with vegetable peeler. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
