- 2 heads garlic seperated
- 1 each bay leaves crumbled
- 6 cups water
- 1/2 cup parsley leaves fresh, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 pinch saffron threads
- 1 large onions peeled, quartered
- 2 each celery stalks cut to thirds
Directions

1Wrap garlic and bay leaf in a cheesecloth.

2Place with all other ingredients in a soup pot.

3Cover and bring to a boil.

4Lower heat and simmer for 25 minutes.

5Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

6Remove garlic and bay leaf.

7Puree the broth and vegetables in a blender.

8Season to taste andf desired and serve.
