Garlic Butter Rice

  • 2 cups Uncooked Jasmine Rice
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Turmeric
  • 6 cloves Garlic, Minced

Directions

    Wash rice in a rice cooker pot and throw in minced garlic, unsalted butter, turmeric and salt. Mix evenly and cook with the amount of water as indicated in your rice cooker, or 1 3/4 cups of water to 1 cup of rice.

    When rice is cooked, use a large spoon and toss the freshly cooked rice around and season further if necessary (another half teaspoon of salt, tops!).
