- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (I used Mexican blend)
Directions

1Take large piece of aluminum foil.

2Place 1 tilapia fillet on foil.

3Mix all ingredients and put 1/4 (total) of the mixture on both sides of the tilapia fillet.

4Seal the aluminum foil around the edges.

5Repeat this process with the remaining fillets.

6Stack all foil packets in the slow cooker on top of each other.

7Cook for 3 to 4 hours on low.

8fish should flake with a fork when cooking is complete
