  • 1 cut up fryer or 12 chicken legs or wings
  • broth
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. or more sugar to taste
  • 7 cloves garlic, crushed

Directions

    Precook chicken in very little water.

    Combine broth with soy sauce, sugar and garlic.

    Simmer and mix.

    Add chicken and baste often until sauce thickens to heavy syrup consistency.
