  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 5 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 pinch Salt

    Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces; cover it with yogurt and spices, along with the minced or crushed garlic.

    Mix well, until every piece is completely coated.

    Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

    When youre ready to bake, take the meat out of the refrigerator, mix thoroughly once again, and let it set for 10-15 minutes at room temperature while the oven is preheating.

    Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).

    Arrange the meat pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (or greased with olive oil) with as little marinade as possible, and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
