Garlic Chili Fish

Ingredients

  • 3 peeled garlic cloves
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp each of coarse sea salt and sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Directions

    Place 1 lb of fish fillets on parchment paper lined baking sheet and rub the spice mixture all over the fish and let sit for 10-20 minutes while oven is preheating to 425F.

    Roast for 8-10 minutes or until the edge of the fish flakes with a fork, but the middle is still moist. Serves 4.
