  • 4 whole Garlic Cloves, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Frozen Yellow Corn
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter

Directions

    In a large skillet cook the garlic in the olive oil over medium low heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

    Then add the frozen corn to the skillet. Allow to cook for about 10 minutes and stir once in a while. Cook the corn until it starts to brown because you want that slightly toasted flavor.

    Then once the corn is lightly browned, add the butter and stir until melted. Then serve.
