Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 2 head cauliflower or (16 ounce) steam bags frozen cauliflower
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 -3 teaspoons onion powder or 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 2 -4 tablespoons garlic powder (to taste) or 2 -4 teaspoons minced garlic (to taste)
  • 1 -2 teaspoon salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 -4 tablespoons parsley flakes (to garnish)

Directions

    If using a head of cauliflower, wash & cut into pieces.

    Steam until soft in the microwave or on the stove.
  3. 3
    In a food processor (or mash by hand) mash cauliflower, butter, seasoning, garlic, salt & pepper.

    Mash until smooth. This can be done in two batches.

    Put in a serving bowl & serve warm.

    Top with parsley flakes for garnish, if desired.
