Garlic Mashed No-Tatoes

  • 4 cups frozen cauliflower
  • 5 cloves chopped garlic
  • 4 tablespoons onion powder
  • 3 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup skim milk

Directions

    Put 4 cups cauliflower and 1/3 cup water in pot and simmer until soft.

    Pour cauliflower in food processor with chopped garlic, garlic powder, and onion powder.

    Blend on high until smooth. It will be of a thick consistency.

    Pour skim milk in food processor and blend again until mixed in mixture.

    Serve and garnish with chopped parsley.
