  • 4 pounds Yukon Potatoes
  • 5 cloves Fresh Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt - To Taste
  • 1 cup 2% Milk

Directions

    Add water and add 1 teaspoon of salt per quart of water to pot

    Get pot at a low boil - Do not cook potatoes in a rolling boil

    Peel potatoes and quarter into even pieces

    Add potatoes and garlic cloves to boiling water
  5. 5
    Let potatoes and cloves cook for 25 minutes

    Drain pot and put potatoes and garlic through the ricer

    Add and mix milk and salt into potatoes
