  • 2-1/2 lb potatoes (about 7), peeled, quarters
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

    Cook potatoes and garlic in boiling water in large covered saucepan 20 mins or until potatoes are tender; drain.

    Return to pan. Add remaining ingredients, mash to desired consistency.
