- 1/4 cups Garlic (whole Cloves)
- 2 pounds Red Potatoes
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/4 cups Heavy Cream
- 3 Tablespoons Butter

11. Place a single layer of garlic cloves on a sheet of heavy-duty aluminim foil and wrap tightly.

22. Roast in a 400 degree (F) preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes or until soft.

55. Wash and rinse potatoes under cold water.

77. In a large saucepan or pot filled with water, bring red potatoes to a slow boil for approximately 20 minutes.
