Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  • 8 red potatoes
  • 2 tsp garlic(crushed)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup half & half
  • 1/2 tsp white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp steak seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

    Peel potatoes to liking,(I like the skin left on) and quarter.

    Bring potatoes to boil with 1 tsp of garlic until soft.

    Drain potatoes and mix with butter until melted.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Serve with choice of gravy.
