  • 3 Cloves garlic peeled
  • 4 tablespoons yogurt nonfat
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream nonfat
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper or to taste, fresh gound

Directions

    Place potatoes and garlic in pot with enough water to cover and cook until potatoes are tender.

    Drain and mash, then stir in yogurt, sour cream, and salt and pepper.
