Raspberry-Rose Geranium Liqueur

- 2 pt. raspberries
- 1 c. rose geranium leaves
- 4 c. vodka
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Combine berries, geranium leaves, vodka and wine in a large jar with a screw-top lid.

2Place in a cool, dark place for 1 month to steep.

3Crush berries with a wooden spoon and steep for another 4 days.

4Strain the liquid, pressing as much juice from the berries as possible.

5Filter liquid through a coffee filter.

6Boil sugar and water together until sugar is dissolved.

7Cool. Gradually stir into the liqueur, tasting for desired sweetness. Pour into a clean, decorative bottle and age 3 weeks before using.
