  • 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/3 c. cooked spaghetti, cooked without salt or fat
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced ripe olives
  • 16 arugula leaves
