  • 500g potatoes Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Creamy Egg Mayonnaise
  • 2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • oil for shallow frying
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Creamy Egg Mayonnaise, extra
  • 1 clove garlic, extra, crushed

Directions

    Steam, boil or microwave the potatoes until tender.

    Mash until smooth, then combine with mayonnaise, garlic and parsley.

    Season to taste.

    Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls and roll in flour.

    Dip the potato balls in beaten egg and then coat with breadcrumbs.

    Chill for 30 minutes.

    Heat the oil in a large fry-pan.

    Shallow fry balls until golden brown, drain on absorbent paper.

    Combine remaining mayonnaise and garlic and serve drizzled over potato balls.
