  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. sweet milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic juice
  • 1 tall can Pet milk (1 can of mushroom soup may be substituted for Pet milk

Directions

    Parboil potatoes 5 minutes in salt water.

    Drain.

    Set overnight in sauce made with remaining ingredients.

    Cook covered in oven at low temperature for 1 hour before serving.
