- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. orange marmalade
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- salt (if desired)
Directions

1Cut chicken wings in half.

2Discard tips.

3Place in baking pan.

4Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

5Pour soy sauce and oil over wing pieces.

6Dot with butter.

7Cover with foil.

8Bake at 400° for 40 minutes.

9Uncover.

10Add ginger and marmalade.

11Return for 10 minutes.

12Turn wings.

13Return for 10 more minutes.

14Drain on paper towels.

15Serve hot.
