- 1 1/2 lb. red potatoes
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and halved
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1In saucepan, with enough water to cover, heat potatoes and garlic.

2Simmer until very tender; drain.

3With potato masher, mash potatoes and garlic with milk and salt until smooth.

4Stir in parsley; heat through.
