  • 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste
