  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 head garlic, minced
  • 1 lb. shrimp, frozen, precooked, peeled and devined
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1-1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. sweetened lime juice
  • Rice
  • pasta
  • Desired vegetables

Directions

    Preheat oil in medium-hot skillet.

    Throw in garlic.

    Let cook for 2 minutes.

    Add shrimp to skillet.

    Cover with pepper.

    Let cook for 5-6 minutes.

    Insert milk, cheese, butter and lime juice.

    Stir constantly for 5-6 minutes.
