- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 head garlic, minced
- 1 lb. shrimp, frozen, precooked, peeled and devined
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1-1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp. milk
- heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. sweetened lime juice
- Rice
- pasta
- Desired vegetables
Directions

1Preheat oil in medium-hot skillet.

2Throw in garlic.

3Let cook for 2 minutes.

4Add shrimp to skillet.

5Cover with pepper.

6Let cook for 5-6 minutes.

7Insert milk, cheese, butter and lime juice.

8Stir constantly for 5-6 minutes.

9Make sure cheese and butter are melted, and sauce is well mixed together.

10Serve with rice or pasta and steamed vegetables.
