Ingredients
- 20 large shrimp, cleaned and shelled
- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. fresh basil, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. dry white wine
Directions

1Melt butter in a skillet.

2Add olive oil.

3Saute onion and garlic in same skillet.

4Add rosemary, basil, black pepper and shrimp.

5Cook until shrimp loses transparency (do not overcook). Add salt to taste.

6Add wine and cook until oil and wine become slightly thickened.

7Sprinkle parsley over.

8Serve with fresh Parmesan cheese and lemon wedge to garnish.
