- 1 quart good vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves (optional)
Directions

1Pour vinegar over the garlic. Cover tightly and steep 2-3 weeks.

2Strain into decorative bottle. Garlic cloves may be added for decorative purposes.

3A few drops is sufficient flavor for most uses.
