Garlicky Greens

  • 1 bunch Large Bunch Of Spinach, Kale, Mustard Greens, Chard, Or Other Greens
  • 1/2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 5 cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
  • 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

    Prepare greens for cooking-wash, drain and remove stems.

    Heat a medium skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add in garlic. Stir frequently for 3-4 minutes until fragrant and garlic is light brown. Be very careful not to let the garlic burn or it will become very bitter. Once the garlic is ready, add in the greens and salt and pepper to taste, and cook an additional 3-4 minutes until greens are tender. Right before serving, add a pinch of red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
