  • 2 lb red potatoes, halved, a crosshatch pattern cut into sides
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary, plus extra sprig for garnish
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh tarragon
