- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bunch curly kale stems removed and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Directions

1Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

2Add the kale and cover.

3Stir occasionally until the volume of the kale is reduced by half. Uncover. Add garlic and basalmic.

4Allow to cook for about another 30 seconds or so, mixing well so that the garlic and vinegar are well distributed.
