Garlicy Eggplant Salad

Ingredients
- 4 Long thin eggplants
- 1/2 Onion
- 4 leaves Lettuce (optional)
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Grated garlic
Directions

1Cut the eggplants into thin round slices.

2Thinly slice the onion, and rip up the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

3Heat oil in a frying pan, and stir-fry the eggplants.

4Transfer to a bowl and let them cool off.

5In the meantime, mix the ingredients, and set aside.

6When the eggplants are mostly cooled, serve on a plate.

7Pour the dressing on top, and enjoy.
