  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • rosemary

Directions

    Peel the potatoes and put them in a microwavable bowl. Cook them at high temperature for 5 minutes (or until they are done).

    In a frying pan put a trickle of olive oil. When it becomes hot, add the potatoes, season and add the aromatic herbs. Stir until the potatoes are slightly golden and coated with the herbs.
