  • 2 (12 oz.) cans beer
  • 3/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. Italian dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 dashes Crystal hot sauce
  • dash of red wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Pour off marinade, leaving a little in the bottom of the pan. Bake the ribs in a covered pan, 30 to 45 minutes at 325°.

    Remove ribs from oven and put in clean pan.

    Cover with barbecue sauce.
