- 2 (12 oz.) cans beer
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. Italian dressing
- 2 Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- juice of 2 lemons
- 2 dashes Crystal hot sauce
- dash of red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Pour off marinade, leaving a little in the bottom of the pan. Bake the ribs in a covered pan, 30 to 45 minutes at 325°.

2Remove ribs from oven and put in clean pan.

3Cover with barbecue sauce.
