  • 1 9-inch Pie Crust
  • 8 oz Pecan Halves
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Butter (melted)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon Liquor
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    In a large mixing bowl, mix together filling ingredients thoroughly.

    Spread all but a handful of the pecan halves into pie shell.

    Pour filling mixture over the pecans in the pie shell.

    Top with remaining handful of pecan halves.

    Bake at 350F 30-45 minutes or until toothpick comes clean out of center.
