- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 c. cilantro
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- .13 tsp. Pepper
- 1/4 tbsp. vinegar (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. sugar (optional)
Directions

1Prepare the green pepper for chopping by first halving it by cutting it from stem to end.

2Then use one hand to pull out the seeds, the white membrane you see, and the stem.

3Discard them and then chop up the pepper.

4Put the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and green pepper into the blender.

5Add the cilantro, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

6Put the top on the blender, and puree until smooth.

7Taste a spoonful, and adjust the thickness and flavor with water, vinegar, and/or sugar.

8Puree briefly to combine the additional flavorings, if necessary.

9Pour each serving into a bowl.
