- 6 tomatoes
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 slices white bread
- wine vinegar
- 1/2 green pepper
- 5 slices cucumber
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Remove crust from bread and dip slices in wine vinegar. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

2Add enough water to fill blender and liquefy.

3(If there is not enough room in the blender, add 1 to 2 cups of water and blend in 2 batches.)

4Soup should not be watery.

5Chill well before serving.
