  • 6 to 8 large, meaty tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 c. each: diced cucumber, green onion, celery and green pepper
  • 1 (10 oz.) can beef broth
  • pinch of basil and dill weed
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 (12 oz.) can vegetable juice
  • pinch of chili seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sour cream (optional)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and chill 24 to 48 hours to blend flavors. Add a dollop of sour cream to each bowl, if desired.
